The Music Discovery program provides barrier-free access to the transformative power of musical learning. With Kate Ager, an accredited music therapist, participants will explore diverse musical instruments and styles of music in an environment that encourages social interaction, connection, and community while making music. Instruction will focus on music knowledge and developing skills through singing, movement, and instrumental play with a variety of instruments.

Throughout the year, the Music Discovery will also allow participants to experience a range of live music through intimate musical guest performances or ‘Up Close Concerts’. Participants will have the chance to see, hear and interact with local artists, they will also have the opportunity to perform with local artists in a safe and celebratory community setting.
