Wheatland Family & Community Support Services (WFCSS) Lunch & Learn – Hussar, Rockyford, Standard, Wheatland County and Strathmore residents are invited to join us for soup and sandwiches on the 3rd Wednesday of each month to learn about assorted topics, participate in interactive sessions or create a new craft.

Wednesday, June 21, 2023 – Découpage Bowl Art Kit – Hope Bridges Society will facilitate a craft session on Découpage.  Découpage is French for “to cut out” and is the art of decorating an object by glueing coloured paper cutouts onto wood, metal or glass and varnishing. All supplies (second-hand wood bowls, Mod Podge, foam brushes and a large selection of paper) will be provided to create your own bowl.

Pre-registration with WFCSS is required for each session as spaces are limited. The cost of each session is a free-will donation (suggestion $2.00).
