SUMMARY:Moving and Grooving
DESCRIPTION:The Moving and Grooving program with Bloom Wellness Collective\, participants gather to explore expressive movement while connecting deeper with themselves and each other. Class is focused on how movement feels in our bodies and connects with our emotions\, rather than ‘looking good’ or ‘getting it right’. Participants explore movement with various props\, exercise prompts\, and qualities of movement – encouraging cooperation\, self-awareness\, and physical literacy. Moving and Grooving gives participants an opportunity to explore movement from a fun\, creative\, and expressive place.
