DESCRIPTION:The Way2Move program is a comprehensive adaptive sports and wellness program\, offering a range of activities designed to improve mobility\, coordination and pursue an active lifestyle for adults with disabilities. Driven by a shared vision to offer adaptive sport and movement opportunities to all\, we recognize the power of sport\, movement and inclusion as a key driver to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. \nLacrossing Barriers – Adaptive Inclusive Rugby gives participants the opportunity to experience the excitement of rugby in a supportive and accessible environment. Athletes develop teamwork\, communication\, movement skills\, and confidence through modified drills\, games\, and skill-building activities tailored to different abilities and needs. Our focus is on inclusion\, participation\, and helping everyone feel part of the team while staying active and having fun.
