DESCRIPTION:The Way2Move program is a comprehensive adaptive sports and wellness program\, offering a range of activities designed to improve mobility\, coordination and pursue an active lifestyle for adults with disabilities. Driven by a shared vision to offer adaptive sport and movement opportunities to all\, we recognize the power of sport\, movement and inclusion as a key driver to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. \nLacrossing Barriers – Lacrosse introduces participants to Canada’s national summer sport in an adaptive\, inclusive\, and community-focused environment. Sessions focus on skill development\, teamwork\, movement\, confidence\, and connection while ensuring every participant can engage at their own pace and comfort level. All equipment and modifications are provided so athletes of all abilities and support needs can fully participate. From first-time players to experienced athletes\, everyone belongs on the floor and field.
