Adaptive Drumming is aimed at promoting connection among participants, having fun and learning simple rhythms in a welcoming group setting. There are many potential benefits to participating in a drum circle, including stress reduction, support with eye-hand coordination, motor skills and increased social connection.

Hope Bridges Society is delighted to provide participants the use of beautiful drums that possess great tone and depth of sound. These drums were purchased through the Elmer and Ralphene Bolinger Music Therapy Fund, managed by Project Hope. We are grateful to Project Hope for facilitating this purchase. Elmer and Ralphene Bolinger were Sheila Konschuh’s parents (and Rachel’s grandparents).
