Description

‘Sing Your High Note’ is a music therapy program open to all adults in the community. It brings participants together to celebrate their favourite songs from across generations and genres. This group comes together with the collective intention of using music and the joy of singing together as a catalyst for wellness and connection.

First, third and fifth (if applicable) Tuesday of each month from 1:15pm – 2:15pm Hope Community Covenant Church (245 Brent Boulevard, Strathmore) with Laurie Perez from JB Music Therapy.
