Adaptive Yoga

| FreeThe Adaptive Yoga program is accessible to all adults and considers all bodies and abilities, especially those with injury, disability, limitations, or who are elderly.
With a Certified Yoga Instructor (specialising in adaptive yoga), Courtney Way, participants will learn modified/multiple variations on traditional yoga poses, allowing the poses to be adapted to specific needs and abilities. The class is tailored to the needs of the participants. It will include music to de-stress and promote relaxation, yoga/stretches to improve flexibility and build strength, and movement/dance with breathing exercises to enhance concentration and coordination.
